Ball Arena Ticket Policy and Prohibited Items

Ticket Policy

For all Nuggets, Avalanche, and Mammoth games, guests three years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Guests under the age of three years may sit in a ticketed guest's lap.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and security of everyone attending an event at Ball Arena, the following items are strictly prohibited:

General Prohibitions

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and pepper spray
• Explosives, fireworks, and incendiary devices
• Alcohol that has not been purchased at the venue
• Food that has not been purchased at the venue
• Illegal substances
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses
• Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks
• Backpacks, large bags, and suitcases
• Coolers
• Strollers
• Animals (except for service animals)
• Laser pointers
• Noisemakers
